Bakari is a “negoce” project born from the confrontation and collaboration of a winemaker, an enologist, a wine selector, a restaurateur, and an artist.

Our motto is #socialmentespensati because Bakari wines are born to be easy to drink, they are dedicated to pouring and conviviality, they make quality accessible to all.

They are made from grapes grown organically or in organic conversion, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, vinified in neutral wine vats (stainless steel, cement, fiberglass), to guarantee the natural organoleptic expression of the wine variety and terroir.

Wines of great freshness and low alcohol content, with extremely low levels of SO2, expressly declared on the label to ensure maximum transparency.

THE WINES

Bakari Confondo

100% Cortese grapes.
The juicy white pulp fruit is predominant, the ripe apricot stands out.
The decisive bubble gives the wine a final sensation of freshness.
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, second fermentation in the bottle with the addition of must from raisin Garganega grapes. Low alcohol content, indigenous yeasts and So2 below 35 mg/L. Unfiltered.

VISUALIZZA BAKARI CONFONDO

Bakari Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut

It is obtained from grapes Friulano in purity.
At first, there is a spontaneous fermentation and then ageing in steel.
After bottling, the second fermentation is carried out with the addition of raisin must.
It remains on the yeasts for 20 months. After disgorging it is filled with wine only. Dosage 3gr/L.

VISUALIZZA BAKARI BLANC DE BLANCS EXTRA BRUT

Bakari Bianco

A pure Garganega, fresh and mineral.
Pear, baked apple and almond notes on the nose, turning to citrus in the mouth. Acid and savoury with discretion, it allows easy drinking.
White vinification, in steel, low alcohol content, indigenous yeasts and SO2 below 25 mg/L.
Spontaneous fermentation and unfiltered. A slight presence of CO2 is a natural protection of the wine. 

VISUALIZZA BAKARI BIANCO

Bakari Pinot Grigio Igt delle Venezie

100% Pinot Grigio.
The short maceration of a few hours contributes to the coppery colour of the wine.
Only stainless steel, low alcohol content, indigenous yeasts and S02 less than 25 mg/L. Spontaneous fermentation and unfiltered.
Hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and aromatic herbs. Delicate on the palate, with a persistence that leaves a barely noticeable savoury note, which the freshness carries on. The peel is not noticeable, except at the end in the mouth, but it is part of the whole.

VISUALIZZA BAKARI PINOT GRIGIO

Bakari Rosa Confondo

It is obtained from grapes of Corvina in purity.
White vinification and spontaneous fermentation in steel.
Re-fermented in the bottle with the addition of dried Garganega grape must.
Low alcohol content and indigenous yeasts. Unfiltered.

VISUALIZZA BAKARI ROSA CONFONDO

Bakari Blanc de Noirs Dosaggio Zero

It is obtained from grapes of Corvina in purity.
Blanc de Noirs obtained by spontaneous fermentation.
After ageing in steel, it is bottled. The second fermentation is carried out by the addition of raisin must. It remains for 20 months on the yeasts and once disgorged, it is refilled only with wine.
Dosage 1gr/L.

Bakari Veneto IGT Rosso

Bakari Rosso is born from Bordeaux grapes.
A drinkable wine. A bite of juicy watermelon. Fine tannins.
Vinified in steel, aged in cement. Low alcohol content, indigenous yeasts and SO2 less than 25 mg/L.
Spontaneous fermentation and unfiltered.
